Isn't he the same guy who got disqualified and stripped of his medal due to being a bit of a sore loser to Gui Mendes after the fight?

It had nothing to do with losing. I've seen him lose and he is very humble. He is huge on respect and Gui was being very disrespectful by what he did after the match. Also I think there were things said during the match that we couldn't hear. I hate that it happened but I'm glad it made it such an issue that the IBJJF banned those type celebrations so we don't look like some of these MMA or WWE guys.

I'm 45 years old and just starting my journey at Gracie Barra Seymour, TN with one of Samuel Braga's Brown Belts. Can't wait to begin training, and possibly getting to occasionally train with Prof. Braga. Looking forward to get rolling.
