These are the things I wanted to hear. Very good ideas. Every government appointee should declare their assets before they are sworn into office which will be kept away from the populace but made available for legal issues and for audits after leaving post. There should be checks and balances and one body should not wield all power to be above the law and prosecution. I will have to see in the constitution fi the ex presidents can be prosecuted and if that can be done then all the appointees will follow suit because they all swear an oath and not to come and steal from Ghana.
