In today's #ASMR video, you are given a series of instructions to follow with your eyes open and closed. For the first 7 minutes you will be instructed to follow a few lights to test your vision before taking part in the eyes closed segment of today's session. I'll most likely be uploading the first version as unlisted and provide the link somewhere in the future. If I make a public version, it would be a version with a higher budget. 🙌

A trigger I think you’d be great for is anticipatory triggers. Not sure if you’ve heard of them but it’s like doing a trigger (for example tapping) and then stopping to build anticipation and then going again. Great vid btw
