So technically it's all about having connections and knowing the right people? I mean I get where the ideas are coming from and it's all about utilizing good debt in as many ways as possible, but at the same time, had she just had the knowledge from Sam, doing the talking herself, representing herself as a brand new company and without the people Sam pulled in to back her deal, would she really be "financially free"? I like the level of honesty with which you guys do business, the amount of pressure you exert leaves no questions unanswered and whoever you make a deal with is left happy and confident. I say that because currently am trying to work out a deal, not in property though. And just this morning, I talked to the owner of the merchandise, he's asking for two days but cannot tell me what the problem is, I have given him all the guarantees, signed the right documents, deposited, it's been a week since everything was ready to move. I don't have too many options and I need this one to start and everything will be ok, I could pull out and have my deposit back but finding another deal like this is close to impossible. So, ya, I appreciate the honesty here, watching these videos keeps me going and learning a lot, especially when it comes to patience, going again when it seems pointless, always trying to find a solution, great work, God bless. Oh, was that krept!!!!
