I worked for Brent council and the process to get signed off is very long. I wonder how lady got her first rent to rent as furnishings costs full over £2000 alone.

2k for furnishings is a good answer however she already had some money 2k is a small personal loan. Long as you know you've your end client plan nailed do it

Rents need to be capped because majority of people are on average salary. Not everyone is on 50 or 60000.
