I worked for Brent council and the process to get signed off is very long. I wonder how lady got her first rent to rent as furnishings costs full over £2000 alone.
@kevindunne625124 күн бұрын
2k for furnishings is a good answer however she already had some money 2k is a small personal loan. Long as you know you've your end client plan nailed do it

Thank you for sharing your experience with Brent Council-it’s true that the process to get signed off can be very long. However, furnishing a property doesn’t always have to be a barrier. While costs can add up, it’s possible to secure a loan specifically for furnishing, which means you don’t necessarily need the money upfront. This can make starting a rent-to-rent business more manageable, even for those without significant initial funds. It’s all about exploring creative solutions and having the right strategy in place.

Hi Yolanda great story and a HUGE congratulations to you. I don’t understand when you said that being a landlord isn’t enough, one needs to be a “provider”. Can you pls help expand on that pls? As you are not providing care I suppose as this is Emergency accommodation. Thanks in advance for your response

This is absolutely brilliant story . There should be a more people like him. What he doesn’t realised is cos he’s not greed , he’s only will be making more. Make this note Eddie Liverpool Samuel am coming in the Manchester to your £1 crash course so see what happens but am in same situation like him am skint after paying almost £1700 Jamie Yorks fast track course which wasn’t good at all

Rents need to be capped because majority of people are on average salary. Not everyone is on 50 or 60000.
