Bro, samurai showdown 4 is literally the best samurai showdown game in my opinion than the latest one first of all it has slash/bust variants which is literally dope, second it maintains it's high damage but you can actually do quiet a long combo THIRD AND PROBABLY THE MOST GREATEST THING in my opinion is you can cancel attacks while doing CD --> AA+BB+CC+DDD( you can finish the chain combo by pressing D again or you can cancel it to a special attack or a super move) which literally blew my mind, thanks for this video! Also slash sogetsu with rage while spamming water pillar is broken as freak

Slash-Bust mode, created by Snk in SS3 from 95, was the innovation basis to alternative versions in later fighting games. Like in KoF, MvC1, even modern MKs (Variations just expand that original idea providing more versions). I think it's a step back that the new SS didnt bring it back. The idea easily brings variety to the game, as every char gets a 2nd moveset.
