It is made up of around 16 separate TMKT pieces animated in unison to create the Top Scan. This is how I make all of my custom flat rides.

Depends on whether you are able to spend 30+ hours modeling and animating in Blender as well as texturing in Photoshop too 😂So my answer to that is no lol
