It's a mocking depiction of a famous Sengoku Era leader and general, Yoshimoto Imagawa He is mocked specifically BECAUSE he lost to Nobunaga while having significant numbers advantage at Okehazama Granted, lately that image of him is starting to fade, considering SW5 made him basically the Lu Bu of the game and a total badass.
