Samurai Warriors: Spirit of Sanada - Battle of Sekigahara | Part 63

This is a secondary battle. You can technically do this battle well if you keep your allies alive and defeat Tadakatsu before Ieyasu orders his army to charge. If not, then Toyohisa, Sakon, and Yoshitsugu will all die as they are defeated along with any other generic officers that are defeated here. If Tadakatsu is not defeated before then, Ieyasu will never open his gates which changes your victory condition to you yourself retreating.
For whatever reason they really wanted Yoshihiro to be awesome here. He comes at a whopping level 37 right off the bat and he seems to have had a speed increase to his attacks making him all around a lot better than he has been. He definitely comes in handy for this stage where you're stuck in red morale zones for a good portion of the battle. Also every musou officer will heal themselves and sometimes respawn, meaning you are in for long fights against them.

And in real life as well. Yoshishiro's Sutegamari (or fighting retreat) would eventually claim Naomasa's life, and despite his resistance during Sekigahara, Yoshishiro wasn't executed like Morichika or forced to commit Seppuku. And as an added bonus, while he didn't beat Ieyasu, his descendants of Satsuma would later be influential in overthrowing the Shogunate.

@@rintv3675 That's right, it were the Shimazu samurais of Satsuma the ones to sparkle the Meiji Restauration, which eventually destroyed the Tokugawa shogunate in the 19th Century. Althought, they could be also indirectly responsible of World War 2 as well, since the restoration of the Emperor, led to the expansionism of Japan Empire which would led them to invade China, Corea, Singapore, Philipines and finally attack Pearl Harbor provoking the United States to go into the war

It's a good thing they give you a high level Yoshihiro for this stage to help you through it. Probably be impossible without a crutch like him.

I think I did this battle at least 10 times. Mitsunari is at level 50 and so is Yoshihiro and still can't even keep everyone alive. I think Yushitsugu dies on a timer, because I was following him and he just randomly died without getting hit

The only negative thing here is they use the smaller map for Sekigahara Quite misopportunity

He wasn't at Sekigahara historically. When he does appear in this battle, it's just because Koei wants him to as part of their story.
