Love this strat guys !!! The early bank allows for a Nag rider spam quick & early then send that hp upgrade card...I’ve been waiting for a way to use Nag riders early with the hp card !!!

Nah, but there is a new player channel on SamRev's discord server. I'm sure there would be lots of people who would be happy to play with you. Also, there are usually lots of noob games hosted on ESO, so if you find one, you can play with them.

You need to right click the game in your library and launch the Asian dynasties

When I try using my consulate it only shows two other civs to choose from with no Dutch available. Do I need to be higher lvl with my civ? made the switch from aoe3 so it is very low lvl
