Kiniya Kitaoji is always so great if the situation needs him to be mercyless as the hand ot the truth. In these Konfucian flo powered situations - as Asahina - he is so strong and rigid as usual, just actually the stories are coloured also with soft humour, very well.

What did the monks usually do in those days? What were their actual role or service in the society? It seems to me most of them were very much involved in all kinds of illicit activities! More or less like criminals in the disguise of monk. 😢
