Trying to learn. For lvl 16, why Press the Attack instead of Harsh Wind with E build?

Press the Attack is much more consistent and reliable source of damage. That's why Fan, as an ex pro player, likes it. There is a ton of cases where you can't get the profit from Harsh Winds: 1.) The enemies see you coming and break the stealth with any AoE stuff. 2.) You get revealed and they break the stealth. 2.) You can't keep attacking the marked hero because he uses leap or blink, and by the time you reach him, the mark is already gone. 3.) You can't keep attacking the marked hero because the enemies drop cc on you. 4.) Heroes like Anduin or Stitches can pull the marked hero to them and you can't reach them again. 5.) The marked hero has a short duration evasion, protection, invulnerability, stasis, shields, lots of armor like Stukov's lvl 4. 6.) The enemy team has a lot of tanky heroes overall. Press the Attack eventually grants more damage against them than Harsh Winds. 7.) Your Windwalk is just on cd by the time you need more damage.

Getting to 10 first often means having a competent offlaner or enough waveclear on the team or you're chain killing everybody. It's not always clear if getting to 10 first allowed you to snowball or if your team was simply better than the other team and as a side effect of this, you got 10 first. Two cents, yo.

24:40 lvl 24 entire 5v5 team fight at objective , arthas lands 2 person root on their dps , but good thing you walked right by and focused on clearing the wave . sometimes cant stand the way you play these B2GM , very lazy brain off macro xp+stack accumulation . never trying to save team , then blame team for being bad .
