As they do in Amsterdam and New York, I never wore a helmet because I never intend to ride recklessly fast. Bike To Work and Errands bikers usually pace at a speed of 7 to 10km per hour. A marathon runner travels at 16kph. QC should require helmet on joggers first then. Non sport minded easy casual bike to work riders might get emboldened and think it’s a race and ride faster endangering the slower bike to work ladies or senior citizens. Focus on making laws makung drivers slow down when there is a biker. Never get less than 2 meters from a biker when your speed is above 20kph. 8. Motorists might get into unremorseful killing mode anyway those who have no helmet are considered felons. 9. Apprehension of the multitude of helmetless bikers will lead to useless additional spread of covid!!!! Panong di makatao dun? Pinagbigyan nga yung babae na nagpark sa malayo kahit pinahinto na eh, tow na dapat motor nya tinicketan na lang. 5k sana yun kung nagkataon tas may dagdag pa kasi tumakbo. Yung sa bike natural lang yan kinukuha talaga yan lalu na mga nakapadlock sa bangketa bawal na bawal yan ang alam ko walang babayaran dyan na penalty kapag unang kuha pa lang warning pa lang yun Documents lang yung requirements sa first time. Pero pag nakuha ulit hindi na binabalik. Tama lang yan para magkaroon ng disiplina ang mga tao sa bawat lugar. Sana sa mga nagbibigay ng permit sa pag negusyo alamin muna ang building na pagtatayoan ng kanilang negusyo kung my parking ang mga costumer pag wala wag bibigyan ng permit at ang illegal parking ang tiket na babayaran nila 50.k para madala o 100.k para hindi na gumawa ng kasalanan. Para hindi traffic pag kumuha ng registration ng sasakyan nila ipa smog kung pasado ang sasakyan nila

Paki tanong mo nman bro sa mga enforcer kung may data ba sila kung ung mga na issuehan nila ng violation ticket ay binayaran na nila o hindi? Kasi upon issuance of violation ticket wala nman idea yung enforcer kung nag renew naba cya ng registration nya for this year to prove that he has paid his/her violation,dahil kung wala rin data ay di kahit ilang ticket na cla kung hindi nman nila binabayaran eh wala rin?
