Which part of the 3 bills has a problems ? The 3 acts in total have 20 pages for which 1 page each is standard content. Which part of these acts have a problem ? Does it mention about MSP ? Does it say that the APMCs will be shut down ? If a consumer can go and buy in any shop, why should the producer (in the case a farmer), sell only in 1 place ?
