Which bike would you suggest that would cover all levels from beginner to HIIT training? If there's none, would this bike be ok to get into shape somewhat before doing HIIT with a real bike let's say.

I am a long time time cyclist looking for a bike like this for my daughter who has a 26" inseam. I know the importance of crank length, so How long are the crank arms? I would prefer 165mm cranks or less for my daughter, like she has on on her bikes. Your legs do not seem to be extended very much.
