This tool is enabling us to have fine control over visual description. Maybe a person may want to record videos of different scenery and then afterwards use this tool to narrate the recording. Or you may have just gotten married and you and your wife would like to make a narrated version of your wedding. You film your vacation and you may want to narrate what transpired in that vacation, and you can even make fine adjustments to correct or add some points in the narration. 😎💯💪🏾👍🏾

No, I haven't experienced this. What is it actually trying to download? Are you uploading the video, or are you trying to get it from a video link? I know there was a bug with videos that were longer than 5 minutes or so, but I raised that issue. So I think they've been working on fixing it.

App maker? The first part of the video is done in AI Studio which is Google's playground for the Gemini API and 2nd is in Google colab for the code. Hope that answers it
