My marriage failed exactly as in the same way as samyuktha’s… I’m in similiar state of mind as hers, I don’t believe in marriage anymore. If both people want to live together they will live. Otherwise it’s just legal nonsense which I couldn’t come out for 5+ years bcos of that wrong partner.

I know some friends of mine who are going thru divorce. The most important part of relationship for women is companionship, they want someone, like puppies want to belly rubs women strongly need a companion, beyond sex, infact sexless marriage also they can survive to an extent but lack of companionship is frightening to them, yet the toxicity is so much they feel like breaking the marriage, knowing well that the type of guys who are gonna approach them in future is gonna be very bad in taste or behaviour. Knowing well that society is going to treat them like a bad luck or bad influence on their daughters. I feel her pain. I hope she finds someone wonderful and perfect for her. My prayers for all women who go through such pain.
