I was growing up being paranoid by some old people in the family sharing stories and opinions about signs and omens, and ended up resisting them by totally don’t want to stop and pay attention to any signs! This Tatha sharing has helped me to understand the importance of paying attention to our breath and body, especially when an incident happen out of the blue, and allow that to illuminate us as a sign that may lead us to an answer to something we have always wanted to know. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Because Prem is close to Sadhguru, he may be following his style where they just talk on surface and never explain how(very frustrating and time waste if you’re a seeker).

@@rahulchandra99 I do not know what Sadhguru says and I only watched Premjis one video. Therefore I cannot interpret his thoughts. Your question is hitting at the core of Sanatan Dharma. Sanatan Dharma, as far as human life is concerned, is not about some God or going to heaven. It is about reaching that level where our consciousness is able to figure out the truth of our own reality. To get there, silencing the mind is essential. This is what Premji was adhering to. But it is a very deep cleansing process therefore, it cannot be mentioned in a 10 minute video. This is Kaliyuga. Most Hindus don't even know who is the Sanatani God. If they had known, then, such questions would not have appeared. People are looking for shortcuts while continuing to live an indisciplined life. As a result silencing the mind has taken a backseat. If Sadhguru says we must do xyz to experience bliss, it doesn't appeal to our ego, which wants to go to some make believe place called heaven. Therefore, we have to give credit to people like Sadhguru because what they are trying is next to impossible because people are not ready for it since they are mostly indoctrinated for heaven. If you want explanations and you wish to experience the silence Sadhguru or Premji is referring to, then you have to follow some practice like Advaita Vedanta or Vigyan bhairava tantra or even Osho will do for starters. Only then you will know what these masters are saying. There are multiple such streams of practice. I have only named one or two.
