Namaskaram anna , another powerful place i want to mention in the Rishikesh that is "Guru vashisht gufa" . The legend says that he and his wife meditated there for very long duration of time . The yogi who later found this gufa build a beautiful ashram around . Later on his disciples manages the ashram . Even one of his disciple took mahasmadhi in the ashram infront of many people . Please include that place also in your future series of Himalaya.
