San Andreas Mercenaries Tier 4 SOLO Career Challenges Guide | GTA Online

In this solo guide I'll be showing you how you can easily get the Tier 4 challenges for San Andreas Mercenaries missions in GTA Online. Including the best and easiest ways to easily do the over 80% accuracy challenge, taking less than 50% damage challenge and completing hard mode without using snacks or armor challenge.

The last mission by far the most painful thing I did solo for the no snacks challenge.

Just figured out On Parade you can get out of fort zancudo go to raton canyon and there's 4 insurgents you can shoot each one with about 1100 rounds each plus 3 marryweather gaurds. Then jumped back into zancudo and got in the raiju and started. Did this on easy and died twice and got the 80% even using the jets cannons on the avenger.

In Shock and Awe you can swim around the base towards the right to avoid a lot of the bad guys on the way to the control room.

I think you can safely have one person who needs the achievements inside the avenger on both 5th and 6th missions. Though I’m not certain about the 5th mission if you had to have everyone meet up at the building to rescue Avi, then that person needs to not get shot and stay alive. Also, another good route on the 5th mission, while getting out with Avi, you can bypass the big parking lot waiting for the armor vehicles, and just head to the alley on the left from the sign (where two soldiers are coming from). If you’re quick and with Avi, you can quickly shoot the fuse box to open the gate, steal a random car for you and Avi, and go to the Avenger rather quickly to avoid more guards and damage. As for the 6th mission, that said person who needs the achievements can stay in turret mode and shoot the boats and the helicopters, or do nothing until the group comes back.

When you exit the building with avi, you can just turn around and run the opposite direction climb up the boxes or dumpster or whatever it is, jump over the fence, run down to the road, call your personal vehicle ( armoured karuma is recommended ) then climb back up the hill and avi will jump over the fence too ( sometimes this glitches out and he won’t do it so you have to start again which is annoying) then get in your car with avi and drive to the avenger

If anyone is struggling for 80% accuracy on shock & awe ; after the cart is released snipe all the guys on the ground with heavy sniper w/ thermal scope attachment from the doorway & then go back through & down the stairs on the opposite side you came in from then use mini gun on the boats… if there is an enemy inside it the game counts each hit to the vehicle as a hit… so literally pump hundreds of rounds into each boat until they explode and that will buff up your accuracy so you can then afford to miss tons of shots

On most of these you can stay back and use your thermal scope on the sniper and pretty much not get shot at all. Its been an amazing tool on these challenges. Especially the quarry and Merriweather HQ

Even though I'm still on PS4, I was still able to complete all of these missions on hard without using snacks or armor, it's something I've been doing since the Casino DLC because I know it is possible to do every mission without them but of course, it will be quite difficult and in Shock and Awe, that was definitely one where I thought I couldn't do it but I did.

we did the final mission on hard with 4 people, and i was the only one who did not get killed, had to push 2 carts to the avenger.. and make it out to the fort.. the avenger never got his by missiles like in the end of this video.

Does shooting and missing with the Avenger turret affect accuracy?

R*'s WORST DLC ever! you have more patience than I have. I am still on PS4 so somethings are broken or seem so. Anyway these challenges are a change to the rewards system in getting platinum rewards on the stats list, which on PS4 they have removed earlier DLC and gone with Heists then Diamond Casino NOTHING is there from before except the crimes, cash and PvP rewards. The 3 LS Operations missions on the right screen of your Avenger has some tricky game play the last on WhistleBlower has some bugged BS first if you drop the EMP it won't prompt you to drop, so you have to restart the game, them once you're in the facility below the radar dishes there are rouge torch reflections on the walls while the EMP has knocked the lights out, then there respawning enemies with rouge mini map enemies so much so you get killed if you don't double check your surroundings, also the respawn seconds after you clear a room or walk forward and then step back, while taking the hard drives out of the servers there again more enemy marks on the mini map but they aren't there and walk off, now they maybe upstairs but they don't attack or are seen once you leave, then to finish the game you have walk from the outside of the parking area to find the prompt to hand over the data to the reporter, getting in close won't work. This has been the most rubbish DLC in 10 years, that with 189 removed cars, I had no issues with insurance on owned cars though. That last mission with the cart was a bitch, the spawning enemies on the docks to the left was frustrating why after you killed one another appears in his position when nobody else was waiting to replace him, this respawning without being seen from where they came from is a cheap & lazy game creation, all realism in GTA has GONE! I WON'T BE GETTING GTA 6

So that’s why I can’t get the 80% accuracy in the ‘On Parade’ mission. Also I think the Raiju isn’t programmed correctly since I used it is the Dispatched VI and not missing a shot with the missiles never could get the 80% for that, but take out the broomstick and complete the challenge.

Rockstar made some of these career challenges next to impossible to complete without throwing the controller at the wall 🤣 I think the casino missions are the worst on hard as a solo player especially the rooftop mission 😞 and damn Gerald mission where you have to drive to the deal.

shock and awe is possible for solo and i just got it done in my 4 run all i did was place stickys by those 2 red crates near the average and one near the tank and i just got it done for 50% damage

Anyone having issues trying to exit the Avenger Hold while playing the Project Overthrow Missions? I am experiencing a bug where when you approach the rear door or the side door in the Avenger, the promp to exit the Avenger on the top left screen does not pop up so therefore you are trapped inside and cannot exit the Avenger Hold. This is very unfortunate because I am unable to complete the 5th mission Unconventional Warfare where you have to jump out of the Avenger but the promp to exit does not pop up whatever. Not sure what to do.

You said that the avenger cannons affect accuracy if I fire one shot on the first mission but blow up the supply trailer does it count as a total miss to the game? I was confused on the explosive sniper also it seems I hit a target but the game counts as a miss?

It’s annoying but if you go into autopilot then blow everything up from the cannons in the cargo hold, that’s what i did & when i landed it inside the quarry there was two guys left who i headshotted & got the 80% accuracy challenge done that way

For "On Parade" if you want 80% Accuracy, then be the host of the mission and have your friend do the mission for you. Basically as the host, you do nothing.

Anyone else having the issue of their businesses getting raided while in these missions? It’s happen to me 3 times!!! As soon as I complete one of these missions and spawn in the lobby I get notified on screen that I lost half my special cargo and my assistant calls me to confirm I’ve lost stock! Pmo man I stopped doing the missions now

How many cargo crates were in your warehouse at the time? Maybe your crate warehouse is too full and since you are CEO for the time in the missions, the raid timer is probably running at the same time. Normally the timer stops in missions, but the entire career mode seems to be completely bugged as you can read...

Does failing/restarting the missions messes up the quest?

Yes if you die it messes it up especially the no snacks challenge as dying counts as using a snack.

I have now tried ON PARADE 10 times… at least… with shooting 3000 bullets… or only shoot the heli with 6 rockets and then let the others crash…. STILL NO FUCKING 80%..!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
