10:50 How did it happen? Property & accumulation. Years of property policy piles up. Our street & neighborhood patterns are old - from the early 20th century.

14:45 Beacon hill neighborhood: nobody of “negro or Mexican descent” may live in this neighborhood. These neighborhoods were heavily restricted.

17:25 Harlandale, Prospect Hill, etc - neighborhoods from north, south, east, & west were all deed restricted.

I appreciate the history of racial/ethnic discrimination & redlining, but not of "economic segregation" as indicated above. This is a different component not yet addressed . . .
