On July 2, 2021, it was announced that AT&T would not be renewing its contract for naming rights to the venue. On August 3, 2023, it was announced that Frost Bank would be the arena sponsor. There ya go.

Frost bank has literally been a part of the spurs before they were even the San Antonio Spurs and were the Dallas chapparals. They're one of the reasons the spurs even moved to San Antonio to begin with so good riddance att, Frost bank has been the real ride or die since the jump. Also the business Frost bank was created in San Antonio so even more of a plus.
