Congratulations Manu on your Naismith Hall of Fame Enshrinement! Listen in as Manu accepts one of the highest honors in basketball presented to him by former teammate and Spurs legend Tim Duncan.
Ginobili is a four-time NBA champion, a two-time All-Star and was voted the 2008 NBA Sixth Man of the Year during his 16-season career with the Black and Silver.

What a great moment. Truly deserved. Being a Spurs fan living in the Bay Area during that golden era of Spurs basketball, I was able to witness a lot of great basketball. One of the things I will always remember is Manu Ginobili and his appreciation of his fans. Whether it was during pregame warm ups or those couple minutes before boarding the bus after the game, Manu would give his fans the time of day. While guys like TD and TP would slap on their headphones and walk on by past their adoring fans, Manu without skipping a beat would always take the time to sign autographs or chat to fans thanking them for their support. This wasn’t a one time thing either. I’ve watched double digit Spurs games at Oracle Arena and it was EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He was a superstar. He did not have to do that. Goes to show you what kind of character Manu had. Such a class act. People who understood basketball knew they were witnessing something special and unique with Manu. There will never be another one. Congrats Manu!!!!! Thanks for the memories!

Maradona, Messi, Ronaldo, Nadal, Federer, Djokovic, Michael, Kobe, Manu... Literally one of a kind people. We were so lucky that we had this guy at the right moment with a national team that was also at his level of play or close. The same respect for the game, the same hunger, the same humility, the same fierce mentality. It was all in or all out, as a team. Even to this day, he's being enshrined in the NBA HoF of all places, literally the highest place you can have your image or name in the entire world, and the guy says "It was the team, not me". Incredible player and incredible person. I would always want to know what MJ Had to say about him, if he ever said anything at all. I know Kobe thought very highly of him and they were similar both in and out of the court it seems. With all the strategy, the plays, etc. Shoutout to Pop and the scouter at the time betting for a 57 pick lol. That alone is already insane. From 2nd round pick 57 to 15 years in a franchise with 4 championships, a gold medal and in the HoF. Gracias Manu por todo y muchas gracias Spurs. Hopefully one day, soon enough, you can get another team to bring back the championships.

I'll never forget when I saw the team bus by the hotel next to the Staples center. I glanced at the end of the bus noticed him with his Starbucks cup pointed at him and gave him a nod he raised his cup at me nodded back and I walked away. Best moment for me. I'm glad he repped the silver n black

Being a spurs fan for 33 years I've seen so many players Play for San Antonio but no one compared to Manu. David Robinson is still my idol, Timmy is the best power forward ever, Tony was the quickest spurs point guard, but Manu was so unique it's hard to describe him. He did so much every game, he gave all he had , even if it meant sitting so other players could play. So talented with no ego, he made the game fun and you had to love him for it. Gracias Manu go Spurs go.
