These are so cool! And yeah, "unique" is the right word - especially for San Antonio! I'm not sure how I feel about sharing a driveway like that.. it somehow seems way more personal than I expected lol! Seems like you'd want to be really good friends with all of your... pod-mates? 🤣

I like the floor plans, especially on the 2nd home, but I do not like the "pod" concept. I think if you get one bad neighbor with lots of cars, family or friends, it will make life miserable. Also, I had a Trevor sighting a couple of days ago jogging along Alamo Parkway.

Neat. I think that these neighborhoods will get residents back to the normal way of neighborhood living before gigantic vehicles zoomed on asphalt roads in between you and your neighbors house. Front yards these days feel a lot like they are just the sides of highways.

Need small furniture to go up the 1st home. Townhomes suck. I ran away from them in Maryland. Second home design is flawed. Didn't like the third one at all.
