Can hitting coach detect something needing addressing, in their hitting style, approach and mechanics, preventing a player from reaching their goal(s)?

Here's my concern with Ha Seong Kim - he had major shoulder surgery for a partially torn labrum on his right shoulder - that is his throwing shoulder! He might not be back till after the All-Star break, nobody really knows at this point.

Kim hit 227 last year. Typical signing that Ben would want. The Giants finished as a below .500 team with Blake Snell. And you think Burnes would make a difference? And Slusser is a total homer. She is way too optimistic.

Feels like they should've just resigned Snell and waste the draft picks eventually for Adames, but I guess/feel like Snell just wasn't a kind of personality that Buster likes, after all he could've extend him if he really wanted, just like with Chapman, assuming Snell was ever open at staying of course... I feel like they should also consider Buleher, no qualifying offer attached to him and he should be a big rebound candidate. I get he might prefer a short deal to get his value back and than get paid, but still...

I suppose, the 2 franchises that players want to play for are the Yankees and Dodgers. So the teams that are rich get richer. How do the Dodgers do it? Isn't their farm system stacked? Doesn't signing FA's block the path of their prospects? Recently, the Giants have players in the.minors that will rise to the majors.

20:55 Rebuilding is not a strategy that “serves no purpose.” Teams like the Astros and Orioles have done it in recent years and have build solid, competitive rosters. The Giants are in a cycle of mediocrity because they don’t have impact talent and continue to sign average players that never put them over them over the top. Also, there’s nothing they can do to compete in the NL West right now. Might as well build for the future.
