A couple points of clarification from a local. First the Bay Bridge is actually two bridges, the one on the SF side is the historic one. The original one on the Oakland side was heavily damaged in the 1989 earthquake and was replaced with the current bridge around a decade ago. Second, the park labeled as "Golden Gate Park" in the video is either Crissy Field or maybe the Presidio? Either way, Golden Gate Park is a couple miles south of there. Some lovely shots in this video though!

Is it safe for walking? Which places should be avoided?

Hi! I’d say San Francisco is about as safe as any major city in the US (New York City, Los Angeles, etc). We stuck to the tourist areas (as shown in the video), stayed in Daly City (about 20 minutes from downtown SF) and didn’t wander around at night. We were only there for a few days, but overall, I felt pretty safe. Exercise common sense and watch your surroundings. Make sure if you rent a car you don’t leave any valuables in there, since car break-ins are pretty common. Hope this helps!
