Each unit with 3 or 2 bedrooms for 1 person each. So, for OPs example, San and yeosang could always share the two person unit and still be living together even if they have their own rooms

My two favourite introverts.🥰 I think they just get and deeply understand each other. They were born very close to each other, are the only ones with an older sister, love games, are gym obsessed, are introverted, seem somehow pure and are very kind and warm in their own unique ways. They also both have an inner child that is very much alive 😅and the I*FP parts in their MBTIs in common. I believe, San is quite observant and tends to notice things which might go unnotized to others. He's seemed very attentive to (quiet) Yeosang from their debut on and would often show he's actively listening to him speak, for example (or comfort him like after that beaver scream 😅). I think they might be able to relate to each other quite a bit but also have some drastic differences, which explains why their dynamic is so pure and heart-warming but sometimes very chaotic at the same time. (Just look them doing pottery together 😂)
