Where are you guys based out of? I’m located in Bakersfield. Going to be hunting Kern Refuge and Mendota this year! I have yet to hunt Los Banos or the grasslands area! Let me know if you guys ever want to show someone around up north, would love to hunt those areas for the first time with someone that knows how to get around. Are the Freitas Units accessible by kayak?

While I’m all for killing animals, there is something to be said about dispatching the animal as quickly and humanely as possible, even if it is just a stupid duck.
