I'm moving to SMA within the year and want a launching pad while I figure out my long term plan. I really appreciate your videos as they give us insights into real life in SMA. Did you purchase this home or are you renting it? Fantastic house!! Moving next June so will be looking for a rental for two people for around $550 to 650 for six months to possibly a year.

Carlos Villegas I think it will be very easy to meet friends.. there are places that gringos flock to. There are a TON of events (concerts, plays, etc). You will enjoy it
