San Stefanos, the Village by the Sea

Hello and welcome from the beautiful village of San Stefanos on the picturesque island of Corfu.
San Stefanos is located at the North West tip of the island, around an hour from the international airport. The village has been carefully developed over the years and features a large sandy beach with shallow waters, which makes it ideal for families. There are over 20 restaurants located around the village with a good selection of cafe’s, bars and supermarkets.
One of the landmarks of the village is the small traditional church overlooking the sea, located on the coastal road leading down to the harbour. This is where you will find traditional fishing boats unloading their catch of the day and also where boats depart for the local Islands. Here you will also find a selection of private boat hire and excursions available.
Private car or minibus transfers can be arranged by local businesses in advance to cater to all group sizes. All our transfer cars and busses will be thoroughly steam cleaned before use to ensure they are safe.
San Stefanos features a wide selection of accommodation, self catering apartments and hotels. All safety protocols are in place throughout, including sanitizing points around the pool and restaurants. Sun beds are spaced with a safe distance between in accordance with government guidelines.
For more privacy a wide selection of villas are available with private pools that are ideal for both families and couples.
Car hire is available to pre-book and collect directly from the airport or to be delivered locally to your accommodation. Cars are thoroughly sanitized before delivery.
San Stefanos has a selection of supermarkets and gift shops where you will find everything you need for your stay. Masks should be worn when inside the shops and social distancing observed.
The village has a wide selection of restaurants and tavernas to choose from. When visiting restaurants you will find safety protocols throughout, including sanitizing points and tables spaced with a safe distance between in accordance with government guidelines. When entering inside spaces such as using the toilet, please ensure to wear your mask.
