Oh congrats! We wanted to get 2 units on AURA but visited ELAN 4 bedroom and felt them really really small. Ended up buying in Lagoons as the sizes are pretty good. Tilal team needs to finish the landscaping asap to make it all look like the brochure!

yeah the house itself is like 500k, 1.5 million is location most likely. 500k house in chicago aint the same as 500k house Los angeles. a large nice house is a cheaper area is going to cost you a lot more in a rich city like dubai.
