I had this fear since childhood.. losing the loved ones.. i used to scare to be alone.. even never thought for a second of my parents,will leave oneday ..2010 to 2018 i lost my grand parents of both sides...it affected me a lot but i wasn't traumatized .. they were over 70s or 80s & were suffering during last days ..but but when i lost my mother in 2019.. it was all of a sudden.. & within 7 days of my birthday.. it was so unexpected that i felt all blank.. & losing a mother feels like ..now you don't care who you lose anymore... it's like you lost your most favourite thing so you don't care anymore.. i slipped into depression.. every night i used to pray ..please give me some sleep.. i would be like cry, cry & start shaking ..couldn't stop myself from getting panic attacks.. these 3/4 years were like torture.. but i never give up on my life... i tried to understand different aspects of my life.. that how fortunate i am ..some people are suffering more than me.. i used to tell myself.. i tried to normalize my pain..started meditation yoga journalling.. i am a complete different person now.. i've learnt one thing that you are the most important and permanent person in your life so don't worry.. you will get through anything if you have faith on self. I wish you find peace within yourself, everyone who are suffering.. ❤
