Man, I was not ready for this. I was told to look this song up because I'll be dancing to it in a new play that's been written. There are only a few artists in the world that are able to create vivid images of a time in your life. And, this gentlemen is one of them. I've been trying to let go of my late grandmother for so long. But this song makes me not want to do that. It brought her back to life for a moment and for that I am thankful. I am just in awe for words. The first time i heard this. I was sitting in a chair in the middle of my room. Audioboxes pointed towards me. Man I was not ready for the consequences. It opened a doorway to emotions I thought I never had. The unopened chapter we all want to forget. These lyric’s touch those very emotions. Let alone the combination withthe music. So heart-wrenching i just had to watch the concert of because of it. Man this is just not only outstanding it’s an unbelievable music performance between all muscians. I was sitting on my bed and I was listening to your song Holding on to you and all of a sudden I hear thump thump but it was almost quiet and I looked down and it was my tears hitting my comfetor and I only had that happen to me one other time in my life and it was when my sister passed April 17, 2016. I have felt like everything is loud to me. I looked at some of your interviews and I was able to calm down when I listened to you. I was thinking about your voice when you talk and it requires others to come down and listen and able to hear the message you want to express. After all of these years, more than 30yrs or so, we didn’t know what was in front of us, wow!!! this guy was such an amazing talent. Unfortunately his competitors knew! And made sure there wasn’t room for him at the top, they didn’t want to play second fiddle to such an extraordinary force.
