Well, the IT rewards really don’t need to be changed. The rewards add up over time, and farming it daily only costs you a refill, which is way more worth than farming most dungeons. The essence in particular changes how you play the game, unlocking 1 star blessings for everyone, and over time allowing some decent upgrades such as 2 star for all your nukers and 6 star for someone like Seer.

It's still worth doing it daily. It's crappy rewards, but over time it adds up. Way better use for your energy than running dungeons at least.

I’m sure they saw newer players discouraged by the huge difficulty spike in those areas, so making them more reasonable to beat is a very positive change.

Thanks for the showcase nub! I'm watching the section on phantom shogun now and the part about how the boss doesn't use wraith javelin. What is happening is that the boss will not use that move as long as his shade counter stays under 10 when he takes his turn. This is actually critical because the boss A1 boosts his turn meter and the speed tune is working assuming the boss will get that turn meter boost. If he uses wraith javelin instead of his A1 it will throw the whole team out of sync.

11:12 the squeeziness of the SD, is to make the new teames faster than godseeker/burn team. Since burn is based on max hp that team will be at same speed.

On a side note, they should add Mystics to the soul merchant, double the cost if you want, but since you can't put them in your wish list, it is the only way to get them is to be super lucky.

Your rares shogun team is amazing! Using since your release. As a 5th member found Rhazin to be ok. Was hard to get acc & speed same time, but he can put brimstone, weaken, decrease def, good affinity and available to all😂

@@dodeath Why not? Dupes in this game are pretty vital to have for Hydra or other dungeons! If you are lucky enough to pull a second Gnut, Uugo, Shamael you definitely should. Not every champ deserves to have a second copy built up but those 3 and some others do!

This is huge red flags for me. My Emic IT team is likely going to break. My Blizzar SDN runs are not going to work because the timing will be off with a lengthened sleep timer. So no more farming the top levels for me. Feels like a loss imo.

Look at the boss' turn meter, it has a 25 50 75 mark. Just use that and scale it with the boss health so you know where its at. 😊

Nub you didn't mention it, and I think it's really important, that with this change to SD amount of counters the Blizzard solo strategy is no longer viable. For me, and for many others, this just sucks since we went for the champ AND for the event for his 5 stars soul just for it to be taken away from us with this.

As many say, the biggest problem with Iron Twins is the drop rate. For a 4 star blessing, you need 300 immortal essence, and that is so much harder than getting the 40 Eternal essence for a 5 star blessing.

the changes to SD dont solve the number 1 problem. (i "love" how you try to show Adelyn as a viable option...)but her sleep can be resisted. Once her sleep is resisted, the run is ruined. so to have a decent, low turn, 100% successfull sand devil team, you need Siphi....they need to make it so Sand Devil can not resist a sleep debuff, and suddenly, Adelyn, Connelia, Noct, Claidna, Gauis, Tatsu, Ultan, all become viable options.

How is that different to any other dungeon boss who can resist critical debuffs in speed teams? Optimal speed teams are not built to still work when a critical debuff gets resisted, in general, it's just the way the game is.

​@@pmyraje provided your account is in late game-end game, there is no other boss that is so contigent on a skill landing, (with maybeee the exception of fire knight if 1 or 2 TM skills dont land, although my team sometimes let HardFK get an attack off and my team still manages to pull through) of all other content bar my elder dragon team (which fails if sinesha's a2 gets resisted, but that doesnt waste resources if it fails and i never farm that specific level) not one of them fails if one debuff is resisted. however, if my Conellia fails to land sleep on the sand devil, the run is ruined. so in order for anyone to have a 100%, minimal turn Sand Devil team(for maximum efficiency for tournaments) you need a whale/kraken team with either multiple gnuts, kymar/yumeko or you NEEEEED Siphi. you can not subsitute her with anyone else without risking wasting energy with failed runs. so unless they change it so Sand Devil cant resist sleep debuff, OR unless they change it so Adelyn/Gauis/Ultan/Tatsu/Conellia/Noct's sleep cant be resisted by bosses, then these champs are woefully inefficient and could never substitute Siphi's spot.

HP burn on its own is OK, but it's his reflect damage giantslayer procs that make Geomancer so good, rather than his HP burn itself.

I use a gnarlhorn team for grove 25, and a godseeker team for sandevil 25. As long as they arent now broken i dont mind if its made easier :)

Sand Devil changes look good. I don't think it makes Chronicler any better. I might be tempted to farm Sand Devil now, but still content that only marginally would improve my account. My gear is pretty bottom of the barrel. I'm still probably better off running Fire Knight, Spider, and farming Doom Tower mats for better quality gear.
