Unrbanisation and migration is the real problem, please Govt provide jobs to people at their villages so that they use local own resources. People’s gathering at one place will only benefitted to Industrialists. People’s mindset of collecting more money in cities will not facilitate sustainable life.

Correct me if I'm wrong.. Agar ghar ki koi pipeline block hogayi hai, aur pani sahi tareeke se nikal nahi raha hai aur uss wajah se ghar me pani fail raha hai toh uske andar ka jamavda saaf karonge ki nahi.. Jitna sand niklega utna river gehra hoga utna uska water flow badhega.. Problem waha aayega jaha se sand nahi nikala hai. #FLOOD.

Instead from banning river sand government should 1st provide a alternative sand solution which is cheaper than river sand.... So that people automatically turn toward that sand which is cheaper.

I really am not quite understand how this sand mining done any negative impact on the environment except for the crocodile nesting (which should be far away from the residential area). This river mining activity could also be called as river normalization or revitalization. With a wider and deeper river, fish as you mentioned earlier could multiply exponentially, the river could handle more water thus would prevent flood. As for the illegal mining, that is a different problem because they do not follow government rule.
