Great to watch the group go through their work day listening for insights like, 'You are Not Going Flat Out at this Point in the Season' is gold, including more about the training/riding structure and the reasons for the decisions would make already good videos even more valuable. Many riders development is hindered by not understanding the reality of what is required and when it is required. A big part of rider development that is rarely discussed is how to think and when and how to apply those thought processes for each day of the week from Monday to Sunday, in all aspects from diet to off the bike training too technique. The most unspoken part of riding/training/practicing/racing is a riders concentration and how to improve concentration. The use of dietary supplements (ATP/Creatine/Electrolytes/Beta-Alanine) would be another area to educate riders on if used and or what the pro's and con's are for MX/SX/training. It's been the wettest spring for quite a while in Brisbane so summer might be a wet one. My first Team Ferris vid waiting impatiently for the next great job.

Thanks mate. Appreciate you taking the time to put such a detailed comment. Definitely agree with so much that you said. We did actually build an Online Motocross Masterclass Program back in 2019 that is still relevant today as it has alot of that stuff in it. Breaking down all the key components Mind, Body & Bike for racers. That is available to purchase with lifetime access for anyone who is wanting an indepth look into those things. Otherwise, we will be dropping gold nuggets throughout episodes in our new Team Ferris Pod that will be coming out every Wednesday.
