If you visit one of the other 2 Sandals resorts from your 'home base resort' for the day to use the beaches and pools, do you get facilities to use to shower/change into some evening attire to use one of the restaurants etc before getting the shuttle back to your base ???

Yes, facilities are provided to accommodate shower/change without any issues. The reception team would also provide assistance in the storing of your bags while you enjoy your stay. :) ~ Addison
