Hi Sandbox I’m wondering I bought tokens to send my brother letters and it said it already comes with paper and envelope to send back but wen I go to the add on it shows I can add reply postage so I have been paying 1.99 extra so I guess my question is should I keep buying extra postage or is it already included since I bought tokens

Hi, Aide. The $1.99 is for pre-paid postage to be included on your pre-addressed return envelope. Currently, your letters to your recruit include stationery and a pre-addressed return envelope. Your recruit has to add his own stamp to the letter to get it sent out. If you include the $1.99 pre-paid postage it makes it easier for him to get the letter sent out to you. You could also choose to purchase a Stamp Pack through our Shop Store to be sent to your recruit instead: shop.sandboxx.us/collections/basic-training-support/products/stamp-pack 🙂

How long does it take for them to write back?

Hey, Jocelynn. On average it takes about 2 to 3 weeks before recruits have the time or feel comfortable writing letters. They only get the last hour for free time every night. During that hour they have to shower, prepare their uniforms for the next day, get mail delivery, and study for any upcoming tests, etc. So as they're adjusting to that very rigid schedule it can take some time. Just be patient and hopefully your recruit will write you soon. Is this the new format? I’ve seen the other one the smaller one from three years ago. I just sent one out to my boyfriend and I’m curious if this is the new format because if it is he’s gonna love the picture!

I still don’t understand it. Can I take a picture of my handwritten letter or does it have to be typed?
