Hey Andy! I live in Naples, Florida and purchased your advance kit. Tools work great. I do well with hand stacking but can’t seem to get the ratio right for the bucket method. I think the sand here is different than your sand. Maybe I need less water and more sand? Anyway, thanks for this video-I’ll give the bucket method another try

Hey there - you have to experiment with different parts of the beach first dig away all the loose sand and start on the hard packed sand next to last nights high tide line - then if your beach has been recently renourished or rebuilt - try another spot that wasn't touched - if the beach is raked everyday - go closer to the water where it is not touched - and finally there is no such thing as too much water in a formed bucket of sand - displacement is the key to getting all the air out and giving your sand its best chance of sticking together - if you have debris and shell matter in the mixture try using a window screen to get the big stuff out, see if all that works!! but sometimes GEOLOGY just lets ya down - go for it and let me know
