I buy the cheapest parts know to exist. And I work on my machine all the time. I can afford to do this. I used to buy the most expensive parts available. And I worked on my machine all the time. I could not afford this. My machine and it's parts break due to a Heavy Foot, Rocks, Water, Dirt, Mud, Logs, Trees, Fun, and too generally just too many Beers. The parts never have a chance to wear out over time.

I upgraded to skf and changed drive line angle and still got marbles in can noise

So can anyone tell me if the rcr bearings actually make the rattle can noise go away and stay away?

Did all rzr have very noisy front différentiel, juste bought new rzr 570 and very noisy front diff, just made it check at polaris dealer and found nothing wrong, very noisy and grinding noise spacialy went pouting, in all wheel drive, is all polaris do that?

Yvon Landry don’t know about ALL rzrs but definitely a lot of them. My friend has a 2015 rzr900xc and his is quiet. But mine is noisy even after putting upgraded bearings in it.

It does. Just had the whole kit installed. Drive lines, front diff re-build, carrier bearing, and motor mounts.

I'm not a Polaris person is this a typical front diff for their atv/sxs was just curious about how their awd system works but after watching this tear down this seems to have a lot weak points in this design.

Should the bearings be that much gapped from the plastic spacers on the output hubs??

Hello Mr. Superfast, First off, love the idea! Smart!! I’m attempting to recreate your scale idea. I purchased the livestock load cell kit and the HF wheel dolly. Unfortunately, the feet on the load cells are 1/2-20 and the wheels from the dolly are M12-1.75. I then bought the dolly off Amazon and the wheel studs are the same thread pitch (M12). Did you have this same issue?

Why do engineers get paid the big bucks and the enthusiasts come up with the proper way of building it?🤷♂️😂😂

I have an XP 1000 4 Highlifter. I installed the bombproof kit in the front diff. Followed the instructions to a T. I can spin the input shaft 3 times and everything seems free, then gets a little stiff for about 1 revolution and then spins free again. Is this normal? I have taken it apart and cannot find anything wrong. If I finger tight the cover it’s fine, but once I torque the bolts to 8lbs it gets tight after around 3 rev. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated?

What thickness are those steel plates you used on the press for the 2 cv bearings?
