Ah oh my gawd, the most amazing thing I've heard to treat a company like a child and as a founder he is a parent and hiring professional where Sandeep reffer himself as Doctor as example, to raise a child(company) by parent (founder) & PROFESSIONAL (senior executive). 🖤 Kunal Shah states too, to treat a company like a daughter and raise as much as you can, and let go if the time comes. Lol just sharing insights!! :)

I would like to ask the Delhivery senior Leadership team, about the layoffs they are indulging in after the ipo... All they are talking is profitability and laying off people , giving them just 1 month's salary... It this ethical??? You are developing a toxic culture and the senior leadership is not ready to answer to any questions about this ... Why did you hire these people on the 1st place... If you can't retain them... If you are such a cash rich company... Why resort to layoffs ???

So much to learn and understand. Meaningful anwers came from amazing questions.. This is the first time i heard of succesful exceutive in Indian business world except for Sundar pichai and Satya Nadelaa..So much better interview then many other business founders...Very Unique startup..

Great set of questions by Shradha as always. However, Sandeep was seen to be 'delhivering' cookie cutter answers in a few cases - e.g. around culture. I wonder why that is?! He's clearly a very smart person!
