Braking system kai tarah ke hote hain but unme se sabse best kon sa hai. Market me kafi saare bikes, cars available hain alag alag brake technology k sath. Isme aapke liye best hoga ABS yaani Anti-locking Brake System jo aapko hamesha safe rakhega har tarah k mausam me. Iss video ko dekhne k baad aap decide kar sakte hain ki aapko kon sa braking system lena hai apni agli gaadi me.

My frnds cbs failed and i am writing this comment while he is plastering his wrist for fracture... cause his bike with cbs brake failed and front wheel got locked while rear wheel skidded in at 60 kms speed...

Cibin Cherian sorry to hear about that. That's what something is not so good about CBS technology where wheels still get locked even after having quite better breaking capability. This happens mostly in rainy season and more slippery roads. Hope your friend recovers very soon. 🤞

Jitne bhi external ABS tools aate hain unme sensor setup nhi hota so its not advisable to add external ABS system as it might fail. Also, contact KTM show room or dealers for more better knowledge before adding external ABS system.

Definitely yes! There is no doubt that CBS and ABS are better braking systems than drum and disk brakes. If you want good performance on highway with high speed then I'll recommend you to get a vehicle which has ABS which is better than CBS also. And if you just want good braking system for city ride then CBS is also good as it is cheaper than ABS technology.

He is partially right partially lacking knowledge. I used to work at Ford motors testing Mustang GTs and i am pretty damn sure that even though i hold one yamaha high end bike i know that this is not how braking system is being explained. Braking system is been explained by the companies using the weight proportion of the bike and lbs effect on relativity of motion. Its not that bike skids due to brakes. It also skids due to improper proportion of speed with relevant to the weight of the bike. The chasis and all weight on the bike is being tested in to the lab by highly professional eng. in the lab. And after that they install brakes according to the need of the bike. So ABS braking is totally computerised and being controlled by the chip which is in the compartment and delivers brakes wherever and whenever its necessary on whichever tire its needed. So by that means neither the weight is being affected nor the speed.
