Whenever I study forcefully for 6-7 hours in a day, the next day I am not able to do the same. But the day I study effortlessly for 4-5 hours, I am very happy content and still full of energy. I am not able to sustain anything more than that. Definitely I have to increase that time but doing that forcefully disturbs my concentration.

Before you take on any new mission or goal to go through, you always think if it’s something possible or impossible, completely out of the question. Everything in life is mysterious and to deal with new adventures, you have to be assertive and ask yourself questions. It’s necessary. I might add that “Nothing is impossible”, but of course, not everything is achievable. But it’s better to try than to regret later knowing that you could’ve done what you wanted. What he said is absolutely correct. I can give my example here.. years back I was prediabetic , I was forced to workout. Main gym jaati thi.. fat ghat jaata but then i nevr enjoyed it. Jab covid start hua I was at home and jobless. I was at my lowest point. I chose to do yoga. And I always wanted to Do martial arts. Aaj classes join kiye 2 Saal hue hain. I barely miss my classes. Life happens agar kabhi class nai jaa pati it would be because I am on vacation or if i m sick. Abhi i want to become a martial arts Trainer aur workout nai lagta .. bohot mazaa aata hain yeh sab karne main
