All mental suffering is somehow connected to our childhood. You may call childhood trauma as the original wound or cause of other forthcoming traumas later on. Learning about the basics of trauma was informative. It would make the video thousand times more beneficial & if childhood trauma was covered here.

I faced trauma or PTSD after my breakup and it's long lasting effects are still present. For example, according to my parents, unlike me, youngsters of my age get a job to settle down with their partners and some even have a kid. Infact sometimes I feel if I start taking fines from people for insulting me/misbehaving with me then I will become the richest person on earth 😂.

For all those asking what they can do if someone is toxic Based on Sandeep sir’s sessions - 1. If someone is talking badly with you, you can tell them that it is not making the situation better in any way 2. Until you’re not able to be financially independent and get your own home, you can keep your distance from people who you think are toxic. And in case physically it’s not possible for now, then you can stay away mentally by reading and watching videos like it’s good that you’re watching this video. And side by side, keep working to make yourself financially independent so that you can get your own home.

This type of psychology is a conglomeration of many different psychological strategies. Essentially, it is referring to the use of psychology to yield a practical result. For example, if somebody is experiencing awkward mental state such as that which is caused by ADHD, or if they are bipolar, many different psychological strategies can be applied at the same time to create the desired result. These are administered by trained psychologists that have years, if not decades, of experience in this industry. Their goal is to always create a practical outcome for those that are suffering from different mental or emotional problems.

Sandeep maheshwari sir has really get the practical vision or approach to the reality through his experiences. Sometimes, experts also not get exactly the problem and approached through their knowledge. Changing perspective and mainly focusing on the exact problem can only lead to right solution. I have totally connected to everything whatever sir has described. I've been trying to overcome my past trauma from one year and still didn't figure out what exactly the problem is or cause is. I've been trying so many solution by my own without telling anyone as I've get no one who can just be mature enough to just dicuss or patiently listen to me. But this video has really helping me to think in new ways and perspectives and for the time being just to get believe that the solution to my pain is there but 'Abhi tak bas Muje mila nahi hai '. I need to just stop trying and firstly get the exact cause of my pain and suffering then I will be able to get the right direction and approach to end my suffering. I no that no one will read my so long msg, that's why I am feeling little relax after sharing some go through thoughts by listening such an amazing video and knowledge by sandeep maheshwari sir. As he said, we don't need to run behind solution. Call it another way to see the problem. Or every problem has different ways to tackle it. There will be other way always, but is it working or not, let's just try to find that. We stop after finding the solution. Which is not true, solution at a stage could be working, while on another not much. So, just call it way.

After this second wave of covid 19, third wave is of trauma, PTSD and depression followed by suicide. Which no one talking about these at all. Many small children, teenagers, young adults have lost their mom or dad and in worst case have lost both their parents. The person who is suffered will find extremely hard to talk about, may because of trust issues and other reasons, and mostly the who have not suffered, will don't give a shit. It is very sad and insensitive of those people throw statistics, data, mortality rate. Each and every person who have suffered have their own individual stories. Its been one year since i lost my mom, and the trauma and ptsd still haunts gives me panic , i feel afraid of thinking all those traumatic events happened to me but it is inevitable.

I wrote it on your birthday on 28Sept this year- "Happy Birthday to my Guru Sandeep Maheshwari Sir. Your quote-"Learn from everyone but follow no one" has become my fav quote & motto of life. Your solution oriented seminars make me solution oriented rather than problem oriented. When I feel depressed and isolated, your teachings inspire me. Thank God that I've found you in my life as a mentor when I was totally aimless. Your question minded process makes to understand every single topic very clearly. In a true meaning, you're a real teacher!" One day while I was searching on KZbin about 'peace', I found your video(around last month of 2019). I liked it and found all of my answers. Take love & respect from Bangladesh, Sandeep Ji!

I have experienced secondary trauma ... I don't know I have experienced this but after watching this video I can say yes I did experienced it .. So it's not important to feel secondary trauma through friends only you can feel it through any fictional character too !!! Yes you heard right! I remember reading books in which main character goes through alot and had traumatic experience.... I never expected but it effected me very much ... I use to cry whole night thinking about that because I use to think it happened to me !! In reality that things never happened to me !! Soon I realised this and I stopped reading books for sometime then I realised stories in books are for entertainment purposes it's not real and I don't have feel anything for it !! Then whenever I read books again I feel bad whenever character is going through something but I don't feel too bad and move on from that part and start reading futher!!

Mera general approach ye raha hai ki jab aas paas bahut kuch chal raha ho toh shaant ho jao kuch waqt. Also, kai baar problems ke solutions hote hain. But uske consequences dire ho skte hain so I try to understand perspectives in that situation. Im glad I found this video along with a few more channels. Im someone who loves psychology + have faced myself, so its great ki mujhe ek din me kaafi aesi channels mil gyi. Maybe its a direction in many aspects. ❤️

I'm surprised that modern methods like Somatic Experiencing, EMDR etc. haven't been discussed in this video. Trauma, Depression etc. need to be addressed in a different way than the usual methods like CBT (talk therapy), because they get stored in our bodies / nervous systems and can't be healed just on the surface level of thought/emotion. Tweaking the nervous system is the key!

@Sandeep Maheshwari, Sir You are absolutely correct, however I got the privilege to understand self love and now I'm trying to become friend of my inner child which has been traumatized and abandoned by family, I never had any friend and Now I'm 30. Later on I realised, that I consider telling truth because of the rebeleous personality. I never judge anyone instead I prefer to Observe, I'm writing this comment to spread this Helpful Thing to all those who need it. Which is :- Instead of discussing with anyone I prefer to discuss it with myself as Now I'm kind of re-parenting myself which helped me understand that I've an inner child inside me who needs that care which I deserved since always, But why to expect from others BEFRIEND YOURSELF is really helpful.
