He is actually meaning to create a new startup. But a startup should be based on solving a problem that others didn't notice. He is not encouraging youngsters to do business on these problems that already have solutions. As an example, you want to make a platform like Netflix. It's not a good idea as people already have many choices like Amazon Prime and Disney+. Instead of that create a platform where you can provide consumers all of these platform access at a single platform.

A better idea for this would be helping the people who offer homes for PGs to set up a google maps profile. Whenever we search for a place, google map is the most go to place for that. The number of pg owner are less therefore the market and ticket size will be too small whereas the number of students searching for pg are more therefore the ticket size and market size is big Also they would still get commission from both the parties even if they follow sir's model The real challenge here would be after taking the commission The pg owners are concerned about the tenants behaviour and the fact of renting the place to bachelors Therefore if anything goes wrong in the future, the agent will be held responsible, also the agent is responsible to get the agreement and check the background of tenants since they can't rent out pg to any stranger like this
