Bilkul sahi...mere life me boht prblms thi...jb maine soch liya ki mujhe ab krna h to krna h...to sari problem ab aur badh gayi.. Ab jyada prblms h...but mai krte hi ja rhi hun..kyunki ab ruki to sayad isse v jyada prblm aa jaegi..jo ki koi normal insaan bardasht ni kr paega...sir aapke videos ne boht logon ko depression se nikalne ka kaam kia h...god bless u
