ABP Ananda LIVE: সন্দেশখালি(sandehskhali) নিয়ে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে ধাক্কা রাজ্য সরকারের। সিবিআই তদন্তেরর বিরোধিতায় রাজ্যের আবেদন খারিজ। তদন্ত চালিয়ে যাবে সিবিআই, জানিয়ে দিল সর্বোচ্চ আদালত। ইডির ওপর হামলার ঘটনায় সিবিআই তদন্তে আপত্তি না থাকলেও রেশন দুর্নীতির তদন্তে আপত্তি রাজ্যের। 'ঘটনার পর শেখ শাহজাহানকে দীর্ঘদিন গ্রেফতার করা হয়নি'। কেন একজনকে বাঁচাতে চায় রাজ্য সরকার? প্রশ্ন সুপ্রিম কোর্টের। রেশন দুর্নীতি-সহ সন্দেশখালির ৪৩টি মামলা সিবিআইকে হস্তান্তরের বিরোধিতা রাজ্যের। হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশ চ্যালেঞ্জ করে সুপ্রিম কোর্টে যায় রাজ্য সরকার। রেশন দুর্নীতিস-সহ সন্দেশখালির ৪৩টি মামলার তদন্ত চালিয়ে যাবে সিবিআই, নির্দেশ সুপ্রিম কোর্টের।

As of today probably the dependence/trust index of the common people on the four pillars of democracy is like this. Legislature: the nationalists have 100% faith on it, Executive: Hardly 50%. In West Bengal probably it's near zero. Media: it depends on which media. People have seen biasness of some media. Judiciary: Specifically in West Bengal, common people have 100% trust on the High court. But because of some recent Supreme court's verdicts and the way the it is handling cases, common people have started becoming skeptical. This verdict (CBI to continue investigating Sandeshkhali cases) of the SC would probably start reinstating trust of the common people on the SC.

সুপ্রিম কোর্টের রায়ের পর রাজ্য সরকার কোন কোর্টে যাবে? একটাই রাস্তা আছে বাংলার বকেয়ার টাকা পাওয়ার জন্য প্রধান মন্ত্রীর সাথে খুব তারাতারি বৈঠকে বসা ।
