Good reporting CBS 8 San Diego.Builders are building expensive housing Condos an Homes offering very little affordable housing.Taxes will continue to rise no matter what nothing is keeping with inflation wages,gas prices,food prices rent increases every year ,People being price put of there apartments,you need at least 2 income housed holds to live here.Investors buying up property some don't live here raising the rent.To many airBNBs to many shorterm an vacations rentals taking up affordable housing.Face of homeless is changing you have more working being homeless more students being homeless .More safe parking lot areas popping up in San Diego for people to live in there cars.More affordable housing needs to be built immediately , There needs to be a Rent cap immediately taxes an inflation will never stop going up.
