Vevor has a cheaper model that is set up for metal. Priced about $139 at Vevor right now.

Okay…first; cost. I missed the deadline however, ordering direct from vevor, $160.00 and I used the 4 payment option which is nice. The direct link to Amazon, was $200.00. That 40 bucks will buy extra belts and discs. I currently have a central machinery that was as you know, the star ship of harbor freight back in the 80’s. I inherited it from my dad and it’s beat to snot…oh, doesn’t have any suck features either 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️👊🏻🤣 I will say that the HF one is on its own base. This is a machine that doesn’t see daily use so I’ll stow it away until I need it and then I’ll set it on my VEVOR 4’ adjustable height rolling workbench 😉😊 Last point…the “jam test”…while I get the purpose of the test, if I need to take off that much wood, I’ll use my miter saw or jointer or VEVOR thickness planer. Seeing a trend here?!!?🤣 My wife really appreciates the HF sander so I know she’s going to love this. And I’ll now have another project to figure out for the kingroon 3D printer so my sander can….suck?! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️👊🏻 Nice machine that will fit nicely in my rapidly expanding VEVOR workshop!! 😎🤣

WoW, I think she will enjoy it, but the price was that different from the links they supplied. I'm going to have a chat with the Vevor rep about all this cause something smells wrong with the links and there should be a discount code etc and instead they seem to be slow with giving me the DEAL links etc. I'm putting up my Craftsman for sale next week locally. HEY..let me know if the disk is 6inch or 8inch etc. That was another strange one, but they are making changes faster than the label company can keep up with LOLO.

@@SirTools yes, I was really surprised by the price deviation as well. But I ran into the same thing with the rolling adjustable workbench. You had all the bells and whistles in the kit they sent you for review, but when I ordered and received mine, it was bare bones. Does have the spike bar but that’s it and it came with only the fixed feet. I had to buy locking roller casters with nuts and drill out the fixed feet slot. Not a big deal and I love the bench…it’s just wasn’t a flagship bench like they sent you. The only thing I don’t like about it is it’s a pain to raise and lower…I’ll figure out a mod for that over the winter. You’re 100% right Gina is going to love the new sander…she was fine with our 80’s HarborFreight central machinery…she’ll be overjoyed with the vevor!! That craftsman one is a nice tool also…but we know craftsman is more than the dewalt snobs want to admit!!🤣🤣👊🏻 My only dilemma now, is do I go craftsman or, vevor because I’ve come to like their stuff!! You crack that whip on those vevor reps Larry!!😎🤣👍🏻

Had a short meeting today with some of the reps at Vevor and talked about this. I understand part of the issue with links to samples etc, but this just keeps happening. Also like I've mentioned in the video to check back days later for the link and discounts because they always delay or change something on me.

@@SirTools I’m still happy Larry!! This sander is a solid beast…and that’s what I find with all the vevor line…I’m going to mount it on the harbor freight base so I’ll have a rolling sander AND, a mix of me and my Dad. 👊🏻😎😊
