Eagle Media Yeahhhh...this is shot at Empire BMX and that's definitely a Park Tools bearing press that definitely fits all 19/22/24mm bottom brackets. And you never fucking use a vice on bearings unless you have very large, soft jaws for it that'll spread the force evenly(and not leaving knurling imprints)

I know this video is old but we all have that one friend who rides but don’t know how to fix sh*t on there bikes. I’m the friend that is always fixing everyone’s bike because they don’t know how to do it like new bearings fix the loose headset because they don’t have a compression cap or fix there loose ass chain because I alway carry tools when we go ride lol .
